Human relationships, be they with our children, lovers or friends, will have challenging phases that if not dealt with positively become stressful, painful and destructive to the wellbeing of ourselves and others.
Healthy relationships stem from individuals being able to enjoy each other’s company. Many people fail to understand the dynamics of enjoyable relationships and so the pathways to experiencing them seem to be just too hard to create, or too mysterious to fathom.

During this short course participants will learn through understanding core motivations and various techniques how to:

Apply the art of mindfulness, especially in regards to their relationship with their partner, children and friends. Learning to be in the “now” and enjoy the essence of their being as well as your own.
Envision positive goals for personal relationships (for example, how to enjoy one another) and the pathways to achieving them amidst the turmoil and hectic pace of everyday life.
Creatively and positively dismantle the problems caused by inherent self-centredness existing within themselves and/or those with whom they have a relationship.
People often find their personal relationships are hijacked by the daily circumstances of their life. Stress and a lack of time and energy often negatively condition relationship dynamics with partners, children and friends. For those who find it hard to break free of these cycles this course is a must.
